Personality: Brash, bold, cocky, flirtatious, and a dangerously proud mutant. His heart is in the right place, but he often doesn’t think, nor care much about the opinions of others. He has both a great potential for heroism as well as a frightening disposition for personal gain and villainy.

History:
Born to a wealthy family, Julian had always been the black sheep in his family. When his mutant abilities surfaced, his parents did not reject him, but advised that he keep them hidden. When he insisted on using them in public, they shipped him off to Xavier's. As such, he doesn’t actually talk about them much… He has currently sought to become the most powerful mutant there is, and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal of being the best.

Mutant Powers:

Telekinesis: Julian is able to move, levitate, control, and manipulate solid matter, people, and inanimate objects with a mere thought. He can use this to various effects. He is able to fly, create small bright green-colored telekinetic shields and barriers, unleash incredibly powerful blasts of bright green telekinetic force and, freely control and manipulate several objects from a distance. He can lift up to ten tons with his power.



Skills: A talented tennis player, pool shark, and mechanic

Anything else of note: Julian has several mental blocks, preventing the full use of his powers. If they were ever able to be removed by a telepath, he’d be able to reach speeds of twice the speed of sound, while flying (causing physical injury, however), he’d also be able to control his blasts on a molecular level, putting a blast through two targets, leaving the first unharmed, and the second destroyed if he so wished. As of right now, when using his telekinetic abilities, Hellion's eyes, hands, body, and the objects he telekinetically manipulates and controls glow in a bright green aura.
