Dress Style: Wade, in short, has an odd sense of… style. He is most often, in his costume, that covers his entire body from head to toe in the red and black outfit. Though, he does tend to wear disguises over that… he keeps several outfits besides. A suit that he wears over the costume for formal occassions… a maid’s outfit over his costume, when he’s cleaning, etc.

Personality: Wade is not the most sanest of individuals… nor the most likeable. He’s a mercenary, and that alone brings with it several stigmas. Coupled with the voices in his head, and his proclamation that he’s often on camera, he’s better suited for an insane asylum. Good luck keeping him there though…

Likes: Chimichangas, weapons (doesn’t matter what!), and Death (he thinks she’s hot…)

History: Wade Wilson was, originally, a private investigator turned hitman… but he never was very good at his job. At best he had a higher level of reflexes than most. He was even married to Mercedes… she was, however, inexplicably murdered, and Wade blamed for it. He was to be locked away for the crime. However, a General Stryker came to him, offering him a better job. Wade, reluctantly, agreed… and found himself in the Weapon X program. X, not standing for ten, but for the X gene it’s subjects showed. He underwent several experiments, putting his reflexes into the stratosphere… he was faster, more agile, then ever before. Going on missions all over the world, he was actually adept. That was something he could get used to.

Then, came the day he received the news. He had cancer, and it was killing him. Stryker once more offered him aide, trusting him by now.. he agreed. Undergoing the scientific procedure, using the healing factor of two of his teammates… unfortunately, the cancer would take it’s toll while he was on the table. He died.

It wasn’t until a few days later that he awoke again in agony, his whole body a mess of scar tissue. He couldn’t even move without pain shooting through his body. He went mad in the days that followed, the medical team working around the clock to try to help him. But the healing factor was now rejecting their medication.. and as it was trying to kill the cancer, the cancer was mutating to fight the healing factor… Constantly mutating so that every time the healing factor seemed to be winning… it’d have to start again. The process painful, Wade would soon realize he’d never, NOT be in pain again. His insanity rose… until one of Weapon X’s heavy hitters snapped and broke free… in the ensuing chaos… Wade did the same.

Wade was soon recaptured however, by a group calling themselves Hospice. Lead by Doctor Killebrew and his sadistic assistant Ajax, for failures of the Weapon X program. They took subjects and ran cruel experiments on them, the other scientists holding a ‘deadpool’, betting on how long each subject would live. Wade saw this as a vacation retreat… And his emotional strength gave the other subjects a sense of hope. Ajax, angered by Wade’s taunts, wound up lobotomizing a friend of Wade’s… Wade, killing his friend to end his suffering. However, there was a rule in the Hospice, killing other patients was to result in execution… so Ajax tore out Wade’s heart. It was there he met Death, and fell in love… she regarding him a kindred spirit. But his healing factor kicked in… forcing her to send him back. He promptly wound up leaving Ajax for dead, and escaped with his fellow patients.

Wade went back to his old mercenary lifestyle in America… forming DP Inc, with the help of an old contact, Sandi Brandenburg, and recruited a man by the name of Weasel… Weasel, odd name, but it’d work for Wade’s purposes… Using him as a spy… It’s here that he finds himself, looking for a new life… unsure as to what he is anymore. Mutant? Super soldier? Murderer? Vigilante? Assassin? Hero? Villain? He’s unsure. Perhaps… time will tell… or maybe the voices in his head will.

Mutant Powers:

Super healing and regeneration: Deadpool can heal from the most grievous of injuries, even replacing limbs if not reattached. Though his healing factor is much slower, when on par with mutants such as Wolverine and Sabretooth, but finding a way to permanently kill him? That’s the tricky part…

Heightened reflexes and agility: Deadpool’s reflexes and agility are greatly enhanced, beyond even the greatest human athletes.

Stamina: Deadpool’s healing abilities remove the natural toxins created by fatigue, giving him a seemingly endless source of stamina, allowing him to run for longer, and remain and peak operating abilities for an endless amount of time.

Skills: Deadpool is alarmingly good with any manner of weapons, though he prefers guns and blades, he’s also good with grenades, bombs, and in one case… one KNOWN case… a baguette. He is also skilled in unarmed combat as well, employing several martial arts styles.

Likewise, Deadpool is multi lingual, able to speak fluent Japanese, German, and Spanish, among several other languages.

Weaknesses: Chimichangas (the man can’t say no to them!), Death (sheeee’s a hottie…), and a questionable moral compass… (he claims to always be standing on the North Pole with that thing)
